Sumario:Introduction:Metabolic syndrome (MS) is a disorder portrayed by factors such as hypertriglyceridemia, dyslipidemia, hyperglycemia, hypertension and obesity, the union of factors to high levels of serum ferritin (NSF) may indicate that the body undergoes an inflammatory process, liver disease or neoplasia. Objective:improve heart function and liver, SM Carrier, with a moderate exercise program (EM). Materials and Methods:one with MS and high NSF performs 12 weeks of aerobic IN, 3 weekly sessions of 45 min. and measurement of blood pressure (BP) pre and post session. Results:exam 2 (E2), reduced levels of triglycerides (NT) in 44%, total cholesterol (TC) by 20%, 17.5% in HDL and systolic blood pressure (SBP) by 20%, it is perceived increased levels of glucose (G) at 1.7%. On examination 3 (E3), reduced levels of G at 9.8%. Reduction, lower than E2, HDL by 2.5% from NT in 36%, CT in 14% and 13% PAS. It is presented at E3, the NSF increased by 17% and LDL levels at 126.9 mg / dl, which do not appear in the examination 1 (E1) because senior NT. Conclusion:The AT has a positive effect on the SM shows the E2, it follows binge eating in the past two months. Increased ferritin is due to the fact that the MS govern protective effect to the body by multiplying the red blood cells and thus the connections of iron in the protein. It is suggested then replace AT by intense exercise.
