Descripción
Sumario:In this research, we sought to understand the perceptions of employees of an Advertising and Propaganda agency that work in the home office mode regarding time management, performance and productivity. The research was characterized as a case study, qualitative and exploratory. For data collection, a questionnaire with open questions was used. It was found that productivity is directly linked to the autonomy and flexibility that this work methodology provides. Despite the interferences that the home environment can cause, employees are able to manage and reconcile activities parallel to work without interfering with their performance.
