Sumario:This study examines the influencing factors of interorganizational learning (IL) in the Delivery Much Tecnologia S.A franchise network. Communication channels, management, relational bases and external agents were assessed through 77 questionnaires and 9 interviews with franchisees. The results highlight the preference for interactivity and autonomy, fostering collaboration with stakeholders in order to solve problems and generate new ideas. Franchisees' interaction with the market and the network, based on contracts and relationships, emphasizes the importance of an integrated and feedback-oriented approach, considering micro and macro perspectives in IL analysis.
