| Sumario: | The objective of the article is to analyze the importance of the Judge of Guarantees for the Brazilian accusatory system, regarding the impartiality of the judgment. It is a descriptive research, and the deductive method is used. It is deductive because it is an information analysis. The work was carried out through bibliographic research in the area of Law, more precisely in the area of Criminal Procedural Law and Criminal Law, to conclude at the end that the new figure of the Judge of Guarantees concretizes the accusatory principle to a greater extent protects the magistrate’s impartiality and guarantees due legal process. |
