| Sumario: | The syntactic-semantic-discursive agglutination is a process concerned with the junction of the complement in the verb conceived by Traditional Grammar (GT) as intransitive, having no material occupation as the object. However, in some situations, these verbs can be used as complement materialized in the syntax plan, having a syntactic-semantic-discursive detachment. This phenomenon is caused by enunciative reasons. Therefore, our main objective was to analyze, using magazine reports, the syntactic-semantic-discursive agglutination and detachment in the verb to live defined as intransitive by the Traditional Grammar. For this purpose, we used the theoretical constructs defended by Bakhtin/Voloshinov (1981, 1926), Bakhtin (2003), as well as researchers of Bakhtin Circle’s linguistic thought. Our corpus comprised twenty-two printed reports of Veja magazine, published from 1968 to 2013 and researched on the magazine's digital collection website. Based on our discussion, we can affirm that the verb defined as intransitive by the Traditional Grammar is a case of syntactic-semantic-discursive agglutination, while the Internal Direct Object is a case of syntactic-semantic-discursive detachment. |
