Sumario:This study examined the relationship between motivation and work performance among military personnel in a public military educational institution in Callao in 2022. The research was conducted on a population of 85 military service members, using a census sample for data collection. The study followed a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational approach. Data was collected via a questionnaire that used the Likert scale to determine frequency and importance. The results showed a significant and positive relationship (0.376) between motivation and job performance among military personnel in the public military educational institution in Callao in 2022.
