Also, aspects of the existing law that may contribute to the deterioration of the mental health of people with infertility in Peru are required.Existe una divergencia entre la ley, el uso de las tecnologías de reproducción asistida y la salud mental en el Perú. Estos tres aspectos deberían concordar en su objetivo y su preocupación por el bienestar del individuo. Sin embargo, se demuestra una poca sensibilidad ante la problemática y la realidad de las parejas infértiles en el Perú. En el presente artículo se analizan algunos aspectos, que relacionados a la salud mental, conllevan la infertilidad.
