description El objetivo general de la investigación fue establecer la relación entre la gestión administrativa y pedagógica en la UGEL de Alto Amazonas, región Loreto, 2020, con un tipo de investigación básica de diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo correlacional, cuya población y muestra fueron 110 colaboradores. Se empleó como técnicas la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Teniendo como resultados que el estado de la gestión administrativa, es de un nivel malo con un 50%, lo que quiere decir que los trámites y procedimientos internos son muy engorrosos. Asimismo el estado de la gestión pedagógica tiene un nivel malo con un 55%, lo cual se debe a que los superiores no realizan reuniones de trabajo para diagnosticar y diseñar las características del entorno institucional, familiar y social. Se concluye que el nivel de significación bilateral es igual 0,000 y este valor es menor a 0.05 en tal sentido se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se establece de que existe relación entre las variables ratificando lo planteado en la hipótesis de investigación. Asimismo el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman arrojó un valor de 0.716 que indica una correlación positiva alta.
