Resumo:Nowadays, there is a growing use of information technologies, contributing to the development of organizations. The difference between the success and failure of the use of information technologies does not depend much on the characteristics of this, Rather the ability of managers to use it strategically. Therefore, models of Information Technology Service Management have been developed so that organizations can offer services effectively and with a higher level of quality. These models see several aspects, one of which is configuration and change management. Changes will occur at any time so we must be prepared. A comparison of three IT service management models was made focusing on configuration management. IT Service Management models can be combined using the necessary processes and adapting them to the project.
