Sumario:Nowadays not only is sufficient to count on infinite amounts of information, it is also required manage it properly but with the simple fact it is not enough either since in itself only having the same and knowing how to manage it does not serve too much does not have a meaning hence the need to process transform and manage inputs and information to give way to knowledge. For this it is necessary people tools and specialized software among others that allow the adequate and optimal use of this knowledge. Due to the boom in knowledge management recently a lot of literature can be found few years ago there were no cases of success but now is easy to have this and be able to focus on trying to replicate some cases of success in some organizations
