Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el Inventario de Bar-On para medir la inteligencia emocional y una escala de gestión pedagógica, ambos validados y con adecuada confiabilidad. Para el análisis de la relación entre variables se utilizó el coeficiente Rho de Spearman, obteniéndose una correlación positiva débil (ρ = 0,269); sin embargo, esta no fue estadísticamente significativa (p = 0,094), por lo que no se halló evidencia suficiente para afirmar una relación significativa entre ambas variables en la muestra estudiada.The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and pedagogical management among teachers from public educational institutions in Lima. A quantitative approach was used, with a non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 40 early childhood education teachers from three public institutions within UGEL 04. The instruments applied were the Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Inventory and a Pedagogical Management Scale, both validated and showing adequate reliability. Spearman’s rho correlation coefficient revealed a weak positive correlation (ρ = 0.269); however, it was not statistically significant (p = 0.094).
