description El presente trabajo, tuvo la finalidad de establecer la relación entre la Comunicación Organizacional y Productividad Laboral de los docentes en la institución educativa, del distrito Jesús Nazareno, Ayacucho 2023. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada,enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 65 docentes. Para recolectar los datos se utilizaron dos instrumentos validados y evaluados por cinco expertos: Cuestionario de Comunicación Organizacional, 15 ítems para 3 dimensiones y Productividad Laboral, 27 ítems con 3 dimensiones. En el procesamiento y análisis de datos se utilizaron los programas de Microsoft Excel 2010 y SPSS 25, para establecer la descripción e interpretación de tablas y gráficos. En los resultados, a nivel descriptivo se obtuvo, que el 65% de los encuestados presentan una comunicaciónorganizacional medio y el 72% del mismo grupo presentan un nivel medio en cuantoa la productividad laboral. El resultado inferencial evidenció que el coeficiente de correlación de 0.903 y en la prueba de hipótesis el p valor es 0,000, por ello se corrobora y acepta la hipótesis de la investigadora. Las conclusiones afirmaron quese establece una relación positiva y muy fuerte entre Comunicación Organizacionaly Productividad Laboral.
