Para lograr esameta se utilizó el diseño no experimental de tipo transversal en la que se correlacionó las dos variables: Liderazgo transformacional y clima organizacional obteniendo ,469presentando una moderada correlación. Las unidades de análisis estuvieron conformadas por 153 docentes con una población de 257 docentes. Como hemos visto los resultados arrojaron una relación positiva entre las dos variables estudiadas; lo mismo sucede con las hipótesis específicas, es decir se correlacionaros las dimensiones: influencia idealizada, motivación inspiradora, estimulación intelectual y consideración individual con el clima organizacional en docentes de la Red Educativa 13 de la UGEL 05 SJL.
