| Sumario: | A 60-year-old male patient with recurrent epistaxis, nasal obstruction, oral breathing, endonasal pain, intermittent frontal headache and progressive nasal deformity for four years. Histopathology revealed a chronic inflammatory infiltrate with abundant histiocytes that present the phenomenon of emperipolesis; and, immunohistochemistry confirmed the diagnosis of extranodal Rosai-Dorfman disease. The patient received metronomic chemotherapy and immunomodulatory therapy, a good clinical response was observed after three cycles of treatment. |
