| Sumario: | The purpose of this article is to review the general legal framework of Copyright and Related Rights in the Peruvian legislation and the articles that regulate the exceptions and limitations to copyright related to persons with disabilities. Then, we seek to describe the Treaty of Marrakesh, analyzing its main provisions and obligations for States parties, to facilitate the access to published works for persons who are blind, visually impaired, or otherwise disabled to access printed text and, finally, we seek to analyze the impact of its implementation on the Copyright legislation in Peru. |
