Sumario:In this thesis we set up a Twyman-Green interferometer to test optical surfaces, we made Phase Shifting Interferometry (PSI) by using a plane mirror above a piezoelectric device in one arm of the interferometer, this is done to can displace the mirror small distances (some nanometers) and obtain the desired phase displacement. With a camera CCD we record a series of interferograms, these interferograms are used to obtain the wrapped phase, the number of this interferograms depends on the algorithm used to decode the wavefront phase of the surface under test. Finally we unwrap the phase with some techniques, we made a comparison between this techniques unwrapping interferograms obtained experimentally and we made some comments.
