Sumario:The authors propose to decipher, from what they conceive as urban problems, that normative subset that today has as its visible face the Constitution of Mexico City. They are interested in how the courts process conflicts related to urban expansion in this city and wonder if the Constitution promulgated on February 5, 2017 creates mechanisms for their prosecution.
