Descripción
Sumario:The objective of this work is to reflect on the problematic relation between the democratic system and the particular forms of constitucionalización of the Constitution in Latin America, observing the flood and complex evolutionary relation between the normative expectations and the forms of sociability in the legal-political process of creation of the society, as well as the difficulties of the institutional forms to obtain political arrangements that help to the stabilization of the complex democracies in the region.
