Descripción
Sumario:The methodology to measure the behavior of rivers is presented, determining the availability of water in relation to the flow and precipitation, the community uses of the water resource, as well as the natural and anthropic factors that can influence the variation of the water resource.  It is noted that the methodology is being implemented in the context of the Water Observatory (OABCC) in the Pixquiac River, Coatepec, Veracruz, obtaining good results.
