| Resumo: | The objective of this article is to review the bibliography of return migration in Mexico, the purpose of generating interest and suggesting new lines of research for this subspecialty of migration in Mexico. Authors such as Corona, Escobar and Canales describe the phenomenon as such and highlight the importance of gender differences and the fundamental role they play in relation to the seasonality, duration and return of migrants. A Binary Logistic Regression Model is prepared with information available at the National Institute of Statistics and Geography to estimate the propensity of individuals to be return migrants according to their characteristics and distribution in the state of Nayarit. |
