Resumo:Technologies have revolutionized the world, allowing the development of various activities, which brought that the legislations of the world seek to protect users of digital platforms, implementing the application of privacy notices, which inform users about their rights and the treatment that will be given to their data, purpose that is not always met because privacy notices are standardized which has caused that some terms are abusive and violate the right to the protection of personal data. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to analyze the relationship between the privacy notice and the adhesion contract based on the comparative documentary method. Based on the above, a way to avoid them is proposed, through the review and registration of the privacy notice in a governmental entity that makes sure that it complies with the minimum elements established in the regulations on the matter.
