| Sumario: | The work reflects on the municipal transparencyactions in Sonora, based on the study of internet portals,in accordance with the regulatory framework. The workis based on the documentary and statistical analysis ofthe information generated for just over five years. Acomparative analysis of the compliance that themunicipalities carry out in terms of transparency iscarried out, highlighting the before and during of thiswork at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. With theobjective of analyzing the regulatory compliance ofmunicipal governments, the transparency andaccountability portals of the 72 municipalities of Sonorawere observed, thus allowing the level of compliance tobe qualified in a timely manner, thus generatinginformation on the current situation with which iscounted in said administrations. |
