Sumario:Minimal temperature of thermoelectric cooling is obtained by a one-dimensional model of the single stage thermoelectric module. The suggested approach is based on the analysis of temperature distribution obtained from the heat balance equation with the appropriate boundary conditions taking into account the Peltier effect. It is assumed that all kinetic coefficients do not depend on temperature.
