| Sumario: | This paper presents and analice in their own historical context the pretension of establishing a cavalry mastery is on February 3, 1790, presented to King Charles IV the self-called << cuerpo de hijosdalgo americanos y europeos>> of Mexico City, with the support of Viceroy Revillagigedo. The background of the application is studied, it explains what the cavalry masters have been in the Spanish monarchy and the process is followed until its conclusion, with the royal refusal to accede to it. |
