Specific steps to re-build the evident failure of the neo-liberal scheme are proposed, so that it is possible to start an epoch of sustained economical growth.A partir de un estudio profundamente documentado, el autor demuestra las insuficiencias de la política neoliberal para resolver los problemas económicos y sociales del país, cuestionando el modelo basado en ajustes macroeconómicos que no lograron superar las dificultades que pretendían solucionar.
