Resumo:Starting on a deeply well-documented study, the author proves the insufficiencies of the neoliberal politics to salve the economical and social problems of the country; also he questions the model based on macroeconomic adjustments that were unable to overcome the difficulties they pretended to salve. Specific steps to re-build the evident failure of the neo-liberal scheme are proposed, so that it is possible to start an epoch of sustained economical growth.
