Thecompany has been in the market for 19 years, duringthis period it has had some deficiencies that lie in thelack of strategic planning since the activities have beencarried out in an empirical and traditional way, and atthe same time that means that it has had other issuesdue to not having clear what they want to accomplishand how to do it. In order to carry out the research,information gathering techniqueswere used, in this particular caseunstructured interviews wereconducted with the company’sGeneral Director, in order toobtain accurate information forthe development of this project,which were performed directlyat the facilities of the company,where the direct observation of theprocess was also used, manuallycontrolling the data and followingthe recommendations of those incharge of the company.El presente trabajo consiste en la elaboración de unPlan Estratégico para la empresa El Fresno, dedicadaprincipalmente a la pre-engorda de ganado bovino,cuyo objetivo es la exportación y comercialización deganado hacia Estados Unidos.
