Sumario:The objective of this article is to present an analysis on the status of attention to political violence against women on the basis of gender in the South-Southeast region, this through the investigation of the procedural status of previous investigations and folders of Investigation in force in the Specialized Prosecutor for Electoral Crimes, through which a profile of victims and aggressors will be established.Likewise, the most representative cases of this type of violence in the region are presented, which are manifested in physical and virtual spaces, firmly threatening the exercise of women’s political-electoral rights.
