| Sumario: | From the author perspective the State reform in Mexico has been guided towards a political- electoral reform more than a structural one that changes the electoral authority wich regulates the relation between government and society. The author concludes that the political agenda for the main political actors (the Presidency, the Congress and the Political Parties) is to get a final agreement for the political reform that gives, certainty to the Mexican citizens for a better institutions that can rule their coexistence. |
