Match and overlapping agendas: political reform passed at the Senate in 2011.
This article aims to demonstrate that political reform passed in April 2011, was the result of political agreements within the Senate, with the axis of the bills submitted by the President in a context of a dispute between political parties with a view to the presidential succession of 2012.
