Descripción
Sumario:This paper analyses the problems of sexual harassment since a multidisciplinary insight. In the first part we expose a brief count of the most important philosophical, psychological, cultural and administrative angles that have an impact on it. In the second one, we develop a comparative study of the Mexican criminal laws, considering both the federal and the local ones, in order to mark the best practices that the country has reflected normatively about this subject. In the third section we propose the basic elements that in our opinion should be included in a reform of the Federal Criminal Law when the sexual harassment's crime is considered, in a way that it can act as a kind of framework legislation to all the country. Finally, this research concludes indicating a series of ideas that can help to prevent the problem in a consistent and appropriate way.
