| Sumario: | The judicial powers of the country find a serious problem in the growth of conflicts of individuals that they put to the consideration of the jurisdictional function, in this sense, it is necessary to generate mechanisms with the same level of efficiency that generate relief through alternative means of solution of conflicts, in this way the monographic analysis of mediation is imposed as a diverse way of resolving disputes of individuals subject to jurisdictional application. The state of Nayarit is not alien to the dynamics exposed, rather, it specifies the need to implement various measures to resolve the corresponding conflicts, which generate solutions for the governed who are subject to this public service. |
