Sumario:Legal laws are mutable; They are modified and transformed as required by the needs that must be satisfied over time and to ensure that the administration of justice in accordance with the mandate contained in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, has the character of prompt and expeditious with adequate guarantees. and with the powers granted to the judicial authorities. Society demands alternative means of access to justice for conflict resolution, which currently occupies a relevant place in the reform and modernization of the justice sector in Article 17 of the Constitution, which is satisfied with the sole organization of an efficient judiciary Rather, it requires that it also offer and support other dispute resolution mechanisms that may be, according to the nature of the conflict, more effective and less costly in quick economic terms in relation to the time spent in its solution, improving the future relationship of the parts.
