Sumario:When we receive a sentence that favors us, few give themselves to the task of analyzing the argumentation that served as the basis for dictating it. However, when a sentence is issued against our claims, there is automatically a desire to know the reasons they adopted to resolve the issue. If the sentence can be challenged through some extraordinary means, there is the possibility that this decision will be rectified, or ratified confirming the primary reasons, either by reinforcing them or claiming others in the same sense.
