Based on the results, a Cronbach's alpha of 0.796 was obtained through factor analysis.Los factores psicosociales constituyen un riesgo potencial cuando se trata de sus posibles repercusiones en la salud de los trabajadores. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo validar un instrumento que detecte aquellos factores psicosociales que con mayor frecuencia se relacionan con el estrés en los docentes universitarios. La muestra se conformó por 180 docentes de la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit.
