| Sumario: | Psychosocial factors constitute a potential risk when it comes to their possible repercussions on workers' health. The objective of this research is to validate an instrument that detects those psychosocial factors that are most frequently related to stress in university teachers. The sample was formed by 180 teachers from the Autonomous University of Nayarit. Based on the results, a Cronbach's alpha of 0.796 was obtained through factor analysis. |
