Sumario:In this article we will point out some characteristics of the elements that intervene in the process of formation and change of opinions in individuals. For this, we will refer fundamentally to three concepts: communication in general, always focused from the point of view of the formation of opinions; persuasive communication, as an instrument to achieve the change of opinions in the individuals and, finally, the phenomenon of leadership as an important and transcendental factor in the process of formation and change of opinions.
