| Resumo: | The political crisis suffered in Argentina in 2001 was a consecuence of corruption, erroneous political system and absence of civic conscience in politicians and citizens. This article proposes nor a constitutional but a political and integral reform which deals with those causes being at the origine of that crisis. Then, a proposal is made in order to reform institutional, electoral and political education areas, taking as a basis the experience got from a reform applied in Córdoba province. |
