| Sumario: | This paper aims to explore if the political party in government and the partisan composition in congress have an effect on the budget of subnational bodies that ensure access to information right. The paper shows evidence about budgets in the period 2011-2017, and using a quantitative analysis, determines if the predictor variables have the expected effect. It concludes that there are differences between budgets, and that in a divided government scenario they are bigger. |
