Descrição
Resumo:The present research, due to its design, is descriptive and exploratory, taking as a reference a sample of 109 students with different abilities enrolled in the semester 2022-2 and belonging to the University of Sonora. The objective is to determine the relationship between adaptation to university life and resilience based on the opinions of students, in order to define the need to develop a resilient skill development program in the members of the university community. The results, of an exploratory nature, allow us to argue that students have a low level of resilience due to the lack of development of resilient skills.
