Sumario:Independently if the evidence reveals discursive constructions that combine the expressions of socioterritorial marginalization and digital divide, within the academic approach, these etymological and semantic relationships are difficult to prove. This paper focuses on exploring some dimensions of this association in the context of the Mexican localities with more than 2,500 inhabitants.
