We present arguments in favor of an integrative approach such as the cultural-historical tradition. We hold that an alternative to dualisms is the monistic perspective proposed in the cultural-historical tradition, specifically in its roots in Spinoza’s philosophy. We present the term perezhivanie as a concept that leads to a monistic approach of the mind-body problem. |
