Sumario:The Covid-19 crisis is a benchmark in various social fields, especially for the business sector, as is the case of MSMEs that had operated for years under the same production and marketing processes and had to renew themselves by making relevant adjustments to function and survive the crisis. This is a research based on a cross-sectional descriptive methodology on a fundamental sector in Mexican society such as tortilla factories, an industry on which several families in Acapulco depend, and on which there is a high demand for being the tortilla, the basic food in any home. In this the strategies implemented by tortilla entrepreneurs to keep their businesses afloat are exposed.
