ARTICLE 1o. The procedural rules of this code are of public order and are not subject to any agreement. The rights of action, defense or challenge are inalienable. ARTICLE 2o. Civil lawsuits in the state of Nayarit are regulated in their forms by the procedural rules contained in this code.
