Sumario:Healthy aging is a process through which it is sought to maintain the functional capacity of people and allow well-being during old age, therefore, the objective of the research was to evaluate the effect of a technology-mediated cognitive-behavioral intervention program to promote functional capacity, cognitive functioning, quality of life and psychological well-being in older adults, under a design of N = 1, with three replications (pre-post-test) and follow-up at three months, in order to favor the levels of functional capacity measured by the three indicators mentioned. Using a Wilcoxon T test for repeated measures, significant statistical differences were found in the pre-post-test measurements for the variables in the three participants, except for participant 2, whose cognitive functioning was maintained in the post-test. It is concluded that there is sufficient evidence to affirm that the functional capacity of the elderly was improved or, at least, maintained after the intervention in the three indicators.
