Sumario:OBJECTIVE: To determine the situational diagnosis of a company specializing in the sale of office supplies and technology services in Chiapas, Mexico, using various analytical methods that will lead to decision-making for the reactivation of the organization. MATERIAL AND METHOD: This is a case study. The company's problems were identified; a literature review was conducted. Several organizational analysis methods were used: the 5Cs model, SWOT, PEST analysis, and Porter's five competitive forces. RESULTS: The information obtained shows strengths in customer service, qualified personnel, and localization; weaknesses in promotion, digital presence, and adaptation to the current situation. Opportunities for implementing digital solutions and ultimately combating economic and competitive threats are recognized. CONCLUSIONS: There is a need to redesign internal process strategies and improve physical and digital connections with customers. Due to the organization´s capabilities and culture, an implementation of strategic improvements for its stability was suggested.
