Sumario:The objective was to measure the access and availability of technological cultural objects of students at an intercultural university. 32.51% of the school community answered the "perception and use of ICT" questionnaire. The students surveyed presented a significant technological lag that disqualifies them from competing in the knowledge society. In conclusion, digital divides are an expression of social inequalities, which intensify more in historically vulnerable populations.
