Sumario:The inflammation of the gallbladder is called cholecystitis, the resolution is the surgical procedure called cholecystectomy and the laparoscopic route represents up to 75.7% of the total procedures performed. Nursing personnel have a fundamental role in the surgical area as they perform various interventions aimed at reducing or minimizing the actual or potential human responses desired or not in a patient, linking the Nursing Process with the use of the interrelated NANDA, NOC and NIC taxonomies the CPGs, the Clinical Care Algorithms, the Essential Actions for Patient Safety and the International Goals, which strengthens the Evidence-Based Nursing Practice with the use of Quality Indicators. The five stages of the Nursing Process are presented, through the assessment of nursing by a focused method and function patterns, nursing diagnosis, ranking of diagnoses, planning of nursing interventions and execution of these in the intraoperative and their pre- and post-intervention evaluation. Target score and a series of recommendations to optimize nursing interventions.
