| Sumario: | The Nursing Process (NP) is a strategic plan and a fundamental tool that allows the Nursing staff to obtain key points that help in the prioritization and execution of interventions pertinent to the individual. This NP can be elaborated around people of all ages and in the different stages of their life cycle, here we will analyse the case of an older adult suffering from gastritis secondary to Helicobacter pylori. That is why the nursing process represents the fundamental methodological basis for geronto-geriatric nursing who provides care that will be necessary to implement individually in the elderly patient. |
