Descripción
Sumario:The following work aimed at identifying the political dimension of the index for inclusion reported by early childhood educators with Special Educational Needs (SEN) from a particular garden in Iquique, Chile. The index is considered a guide for teachers and educational teams facing two interdependent tasks. In the first place, to rethink what are the values that move its action and those that execute it. Secondly, to initiate and sustain improvement and innovation processes. The study methodology is qualitative, ethnographic study of a school case, content analysis as reported by the three nursery schoolteachers through the application of the descriptive interview. The result reveals the need for inclusive management to reduce barriers and install concrete actions in a phased manner in the kindergarten, with elements that facilitate the curriculum and inclusive teaching.
